They were incredibly successful in one area and that was recruiting mainstream christians to their cause. It's astounding how many christians now think of ID as a part of their belief system. Please you obviously dont know what you are talking about evolution is just a theory and if it is real then why is there so many facts that lead against it like the cambrian explosion and the fact that if evolution could happen why havent we seen it in bacteria in the 150 years we've been observing them they only live 2 days they should evolve

Just my casual Pirate gear. I will only be attending to ensure Evolution hammers the final nail from the inside of the coffin, because if Intelligent Design is buried, Evolution must surely be buried with it (in the interests of separation of church and state).
Scientifically that happened years ago but in the eye of the public it may never happen because sometimes the truth is not what people want to hear. Intelligent design is comforting because it expresses the opinion that we are important.
