I always have had long arcylic nails but now that I've been hired to work at an ice-cream boutique, they told me to lose the long nails. I was thinking about having them short but dont know what design I want, maybe French, gel or just full acrylic.

French looks clean yet still like you did your nails. It also makes your nails looks longer if your manager wants you to have shorter nails. There are lots of varieties of french manicure
