help!
i need neon colors; pink, blue, green, yellow, orange, ect.
please say something other than claires, haha.
i need polish that won't chip :)

uhm, Sally Hansen's nail polish is amazing, and they have some pretty sick colors.. also theres these little nail polish pens that you can get so you can do designs like flowers or cheeta or zebra prints ;] i hope i helped!
