Nail designs?please answer!?

how can u make cute pictures or patterns on nails without buying nething special like using tape...or some handy kinda thing like that,please tell me step by step.thanks soo muchNail designs?please answer!?

I'm not really sure.
Go to Sally's and they have these nail polishes with a very thin brush, I don't know if that will work, tho. You can always go to a Nails Salon.
