Nail designs? Please answer=)?

I am going to paint my toes some sort of color, but I am not sure yet. I am going to put designs on it, and I have a skinny white brush, specially for putting designs on nails. If you want to include photos, you can. Nothing too hard. Thanks=)Nail designs? Please answer=)?

and then out like the signs for

and something small for your pinky toe
